Processo penal será tema de curso de qualificação para advogados em Eunápolis

Os tópicos práticos do processo penal serão abordados em um curso de qualificação e capacitação promovido pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB) subseção Eunápolis, por intermédio da Comissão de Direito Criminal, Sistema Prisional e Segurança Pública. O evento, que é voltado para advogados, acontece nesta sexta-feira (24) e sábado (25).

O curso será ministrado pelo professor Lucas Carapiá e terá certificação de carga horária de oito horas pela Escola Superior de Advocacia.

Dentre o conteúdo programático do curso, serão desenvolvidos os seguintes assuntos: investigação preliminar; prisões provisórias; medidas cautelares; procedimento comum ordinário; juiz de garantias; acordo de não persecução penal; cadeia e custódia da prova; Lei Anticrime; arquivamento, dentre outros.

O evento acontece na sede da OAB subseção de Eunápolis, localizada na Avenida Artulino Ribeiro do Nascimento, n° 353, bairro Dinah Borges. Na sexta, o curso começa às 18h e no sábado às 8h30. A inscrição será feita no local do evento, mediante entrega de dois quilos de alimentos não perecíveis.
